A当店の取扱商品の殆どがUSED品という特性上、原則、返品・交換は受け付けておりません。但し、商品説明と明らかな違いがある場合や、当店の不備があった場合は、当然ですが返品対応させて頂きます。

Qギャランティーカード、ゴローズ商品に関して

Aゴローズ商品（ゴールド、シルバー品類のみ）には全て販売時に当店のギャランティーカードを付属します。万一、偽物であった場合には無期限で返金保証致します。但し、ギャランティーカードを紛失してしまった場合や、ギャランティーカードに記載のサイズ・重さ等が明らかに異なっていた場合は、すり替えの可能性もありますので返金対象外とさせて頂きます。
