About Guarantee Card ギャランティーカードについて

当店で販売するgoro’s商品には、一部商品※を除き原則全ての商品にギャランティーカードを付属させて頂いております。万一、他店舗やgoro’s店舗にて偽物と言われた場合、無期限にて全額返金保証致します。安心してお買い求め下さい。

  • 革ブレス・革リング・各種革紐・各種丸カン・各種チェーンのみ・カラービーズ、ホワイトハーツビーズ等に関しては商品の特性上、ギャランティーカードの付属は致しておりません。

In principle, all goro's products sold in our store come with a guarantee card, with the exception of some items*. In the unlikely event that a goro's product is found to be a fake at another store or goro's store, we guarantee a full refund for an unlimited period of time. Please buy with confidence.

  • Due to the nature of the products, guarantee cards are not attached to leather bracelets, leather rings, leather strings, round cans, chains, colored beads, white hearts beads, etc.

  • 当ギャランティーカードは当店専用のものです。他店でのご利用はできません。
  • 万が一、他店で偽物と判断された場合、他店名および内容の証明ができないかぎり返金対応はいたしかねます。
  • 当店で購入したご本人以外は返金対象外となります。
  • ギャランティを利用される場合、本人確認のため身分証の提示が必要です。
  • 正規ギャランティカードには商品名、重さ、サイズ、管理番号を必ず記載しています。
  • 商品管理番号にはその商品の情報がシステム管理されており、不正ができません。
  • ギャランティの記載内容と品物が一致した場合のみ有効となります。
  • 管理された情報が一つでも合わない場合は、当社で販売した商品ではないとみなし、返金保証の対象とはなりません。
  • ギャランティカードの紛失・盗難等による再発行は致しません。
  • ギャランティカードの提示がない場合、返金保証は無効となりますので商品と共に大切に保管してください。
  • This guarantee card is for our store only. It cannot be used at other stores.
  • If the item is determined to be a fake by another store, we will not be able to provide a refund unless we can prove the name of the other store and the contents of the item.
  • Only the person who purchased the item at our store is eligible for a refund.
  • When using the Guarantee, you will need to present your ID for identification.
  • The guarantee card will always include the name, weight, size, and serial number of the item.
  • The control number is system-controlled and cannot be tampered with.
  • The guarantee card is valid only when the item matches the description on the guarantee card.
  • If even one of the controlled information does not match, the item will be deemed not to have been sold by us and will not be eligible for the money-back guarantee.
  • We will not reissue a guarantee card due to loss or theft.
  • If you do not present your guarantee card, your money-back guarantee will be void.
