STEP. 01お売りになりたいお品と身分証明書を持って、当店へお越し下さい。 Please come to our store with the item you wish to sell and your ID.
- 当店の買取ブランド以外のブランド品はお買取りできません。また盗難品や模倣品、状態が著しく悪いものもお買取りできません。 We do not purchase any brand items other than the brands we specify. We also do not purchase stolen items, counterfeit items, or items in extremely poor condition.

STEP. 02当店のバイヤーがその場で迅速に査定させていただきます。 Our buyers will quickly assess the value on the spot.
- 査定時間1アイテム約1分。 Assessment time: approximately 1 minute per item.

STEP. 03査定結果にご納得いただけましたらその場で代金をお支払いさせていただき、お買取成立となります。 If you are satisfied with the results of the assessment, we will pay you on the spot and the purchase will be completed.
- お買取成立時に身分証明書のコピーをさせていただきます。 We will make a copy of your ID when our purchase is approved.

当店の買取ブランド以外のブランド品はお買取りできません。また盗難品や模倣品、状態が著しく悪いものもお買取りできません。

STEP. 02お売りになりたいお品と身分証明書のコピー、お振込先口座がわかるものを同封して、着払いの宅配便でお送り下さい。 Please enclose the item(s) you wish to sell, a copy of your ID, and a copy of your bank account to which you wish to transfer the money, and send it by courier service, freight collect.

お売りになりたいお品がゴローズアイテムのみの場合は、送料元払いにてお送り下さい。買取代金お振込の際に、掛かった送料分も合わせてお振込させていただきます。

STEP. 03お品が到着次第、査定させて頂き、ご連絡させて頂きます。査定結果にご納得いただけましたら代金をお振込させていただき、お買取り成立となります。 As soon as we receive the items, we will assess them and contact you. If you are satisfied with the results of the assessment, we will transfer the payment to you and the purchase will be completed.

当店の買取規定外のお品、盗難品や模倣品、状態が著しく悪いものは、お買取りできません。また、当店の在庫状況によりお買取りできない場合もございますので、ご了承下さいませ。
全てのお品物のお値段がお付けできなかった場合は、送料着払いにてお戻しさせていただく場合もございます。 We cannot purchase items that are outside our purchase policy, stolen items, counterfeit items, or items in extremely poor condition. Please note that we may not be able to purchase some items due to our inventory situation.
If we are unable to obtain a price for all items, we may have to return the item(s) with the shipping fee paid on delivery.

委託販売に関しましては、査定の上、当店の基準を満たしたアイテムのみお受けすることが可能です。
委託率はお客様とご相談し決定させて頂きます。
セキュリティも保険も万全の体制が整っておりますので安心してお預け頂くことができます。

Regarding consignment sales, we can only accept items that meet our standards after an assessment.
